Villa Pia is an Italian country house built in the early 1900s. It is situated in the middle of a farming estate that has belonged for centuries to the Marquis Castiglioni family. The panorama is spectacular, with views stretching across fields of wheat and sunflowers all the way to the Adriatic Sea and to the heights of Monte Conero.
